eSIM Refund & Replacement Policy

Please read the following terms before purchasing or installing a Card Quick eSIM.

Important Before Purchase

An eSIM is a digital product delivered electronically. Once the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used, a refund may no longer be available. Please make sure your device is compatible and that you select the correct destination and plan before completing your order.

Before Buying an eSIM

  • Make sure your phone supports eSIM technology.
  • Make sure your phone is not locked to a specific mobile carrier.
  • Select the correct country or region.
  • Choose the appropriate data allowance and validity period.
  • Make sure your destination is included in the plan coverage.

Your Order May Be Reviewed If

  • The eSIM installation details were not delivered correctly.
  • The installation details are invalid before the eSIM has been used.
  • A different plan was delivered from the one ordered.
  • There is a verified technical issue despite device compatibility and following the installation instructions.

A Refund Is Usually Not Available If

  • The customer deleted the eSIM after installation.
  • The phone does not support eSIM.
  • The phone is carrier-locked.
  • An incorrect country or unsuitable plan was selected.
  • The user is outside the plan’s coverage area.

Do Not Delete the eSIM If You Have a Problem

Some QR codes are intended for one-time installation only. Deleting the eSIM may prevent you from installing it again. Contact support before deleting it.

Coverage and Internet Speed

Internet quality and speed depend on the local network, your location, signal strength, network congestion, and phone model. Connection quality may therefore vary from one area to another.

When Does the Plan Validity Start?

The start of the validity period depends on each plan’s activation policy. It may begin when the eSIM is installed or when it first connects to a supported network. Review the plan details before installation.

How Do I Request a Review of My Case?

Please send:

  • Your order number.
  • Your phone make and model.
  • The country you are currently in.
  • A description of the issue.
  • A photo or screenshot of the error message, if available.

Need Help?

If you experience an issue, send your order number, phone make and model, and a description of the problem or a screenshot of the error message to the Card Quick eSIM Support Team.
