At Card Quick Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer digital products (such as prepaid cards, gift cards, and top-up), so our returns policy is designed to protect both the customer and the company.

2. Digital Products – Non-Returnable by Default

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-returnable once the card code has been delivered to the customer.
However, we review individual requests and may offer a refund or exchange in the following cases:

Invalid or non-working code received

The code has been used prior to delivery

A technical error resulted in the product not being received

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase via email:

Please include:

Order number

Product name

A detailed description of the problem

A photo or proof, if possible

4. Review and Response

Your request will be responded to within two business days. If the problem is confirmed, we will do one of the following:

Send a replacement code

Partial or full refund

Provide a credit note for future use

If approved, the refund will be made using the original method of payment.

Payments on our site are made through our secure partner, Paddle, and their name may appear on your bank statement.
